Meet Dr.
Kellsie Zook, DPT
Hey! My name is Kellsie Zook, and I am the owner of Mosaic PT & Strength. I am passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered through all walks of life. I achieve this by bridging the gap between rehab and fitness. I feel there is often a disconnect between symptom management and strength progression/lifestyle modification. This is where I aim to expand.
I have worked with many people who are nearing their end of care and their pain is better, they are tolerating day to day tasks well - but they want to be doing more. Some want to return to higher level recreation but are worried about reaggravating symptoms. Maybe they have never had any kind of exercise routine but now feel motivated to try and implement more movement into their life - but are unsure how to do that. Often times the traditional clinic doesn’t help you through that in-between stage due to insurance restrictions or large patient volumes, this is where I come in.
I have created this practice to allow for more time together, avoiding rushed cared and ensuring you feel heard, understood and guided through all stages of recovery and life. Your goals might look different through the years. A single co-rec athlete’s goals won’t look the same as a parent of young kiddos, or a grandparent trying to keep up with adult kids/grandkids. I will take time to meet you where you are at in your pain/fitness journey and help guide you to where you want to be. Everyone needs movement, strength, and a plan that fits their individual needs.
Please reach out and let’s connect on your journey.
Explore What I Offer
Physical therapy to address pain, discomfort and movement restrictions. Please visit what we treat for a more in-depth description.
Dry needling is a fantastic way to manage symptoms in a conservative fashion. It serves as a reset for your tissue, promotes blood flow/circulation, and aids with nervous system regulation. It is great at releasing tension and reducing pain.
Coming soon: Exercise Planning - Once you are officially released from physical therapy. I will continue to work with you on your fitness journey.
How it Works
Mosaic PT is a cash-based mobile practice. This means I do not work with insurance but rather accept HSA/FSA, cash/card and Zelle. This allows me to provide a plan of care with your best interest at heart, without limitations from your insurance company. I work for you and your goals because cash-based allows me to.
Being a mobile physical therapist, I come to you. This is an additional convenience for someone who may have trouble making it into a clinical setting, perfect for someone working from home, watching children or caring for family.
Please reach out by email or through the “Contact Us” page. We can than set up a time for the initial evaluation or a call to discuss anything you may have questions about.
